When inquiring about an internship or a position with the firm, the applicant my choose to up-load a copy of a resume. We will review and retain a copy of the file for a reasonable period of time.

Bluehost only process personal Data on DRC’s behalf in accordance with, and for the purposes of providing the Services. If Bluehost cannot provide such compliance for whatever reason, it agrees to inform DRC of its inability to comply as soon as reasonably practicable. In turn, DRC will notify our users. 
 
Bluehost shall implement and hold in force for the term of this Agreement specific technical and organizational security measures as required by the GDPR.

DRC does not utilize any automated decision making and/or profiling of users with the data they may submit.
